If you're transferring a domain name, we recommend performing the email sync first to ensure a seamless migration of your data. Once the sync is complete, you can then update the nameservers to avoid any downtime. Finally, transfer the domain, ensuring everything transitions smoothly and without disruption.

Create Your Mailboxes

Once your account has been successfully created, log in to your cPanel interface and navigate to the "Email Accounts" section. From there, you can begin creating your individual mailboxes. Simply set a password for each mailbox and decide how much storage space you’d like to allocate to them based on your needs.

After creating your mailboxes, you’ll receive detailed instructions from the mail server. These instructions will include the necessary settings for configuring your email clients, such as incoming and outgoing server details, port numbers and authentication methods. With these settings, you can add your email accounts onto your various devices.

If you’re setting up a new email service for a new domain, you’re all set to start using your email immediately. If you’re migrating emails from a previous provider, you’ll want to ensure the migration is completed before switching over. The storage limit depends on the package you choose. Please be aware that the size allocated to each Email Hosting Package is the total size for all mailboxes combined. So for example, if you have the premium email account you'll have 20GB with a possible 30 mailboxes. You can allocate whatever size for each mailbox but ultimately once your storage reaches a total of 20GB you'll need to do some housekeeping to remove any unwanted mail.

Autoresponders allow you to inform senders of your availability or (unavailability), while email forwarding lets you redirect messages to multiple accounts.
